Reporting Problems & Feedback​

If you have any questions on how to use Multiplayer, or suggestions on how we can improve it, please shoot us an email.

  1. Log in into your Multiplayer account.
  2. Open the project you're working on.
  3. Click on the '❓ Support' icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

If you found a bug, we'd love to know so we can fix it asap! Record a full stack session recording, it's super quick:

  1. Log in into your Multiplayer account.
  2. Open the project you're working on.
  3. Click on the '⭕️ Record session' icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
  4. Click 'Start recording' and record the steps you took to trigger the bug.

This will automatically send us a link to a session replay and we'll jump to resolve the issue asap!
